About Eagle Pointe

More than a resident.
Family.

Our story

Our team strives to promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for every resident. We believe exceptional care goes beyond meeting physical needs: it's about building meaningful relationships, treating everyone with kindness and respect, and creating a place that truly feels like home.

Eagle Pointe has served Wood County since the 1990s from its campus near the river — courtyards and outdoor spaces outside, an activity room, rehabilitation kitchen, and 24-hour call system inside, with holiday parties and live music filling the calendar.

As part of the Aura family, Eagle Pointe keeps its name and gains the Aura standard: one team accountable for every kind of care, and hospitality in every interaction.

In their words.

5 Stars! The staff is incredible! Very compassionate! They are taking such great care of my brother on his road to recovery. Clean facility that even takes care in decorating for the seasons. Amazing dining hall views too! My family is very thankful for Eagle Pointe!

Everyone is so nice and my brother has been well taken care of here. The Physical therapy team is wonderful with him and he enjoys staying there while he is recovering.
